((lol I must have been hungry when I typed Sundae. Mmm.... Sundae...))
SundaY (With a "Y") Spring 13, Year 1
The Cave's End
By now, it was about 5am; one hour until sunrise. The four of them had proceeded through the cave, having to climb at points, and even swim through an indoor lake. Sunset had collapsed, and was very weak and pale. Nami was right..... it was all his fault......
He opened his eyes and looked around at the other three, rushing through the cave. Their clothes had become ragged, they were decorated with cuts and bruises. They had looks of seriousness on their faces...... Would they really make it? Is Sunset gonna survive?
"Look," Gustafa broke the silence, pointing ahead. "There's some light over there!" Indeed there was. Just a little farther was a light within the cave. Once they reached it, they saw it was just a dead end.
"WHAT?" Nami bellowed. "So that's it? It's over? Sunset's just gonna die now, isn't he? What are we supposed to do now?" Suddenly, Ehlonna hushed her. On the wall which was glimmering with light through it's cracks, were some strange engraved words, and some kind of star-shaped slot, as though somethnig would be pressed there, like a key.
"What is it? What does it say?"

((Don't forget the date guys. Spring 12th.))
~The forest~
Lily continued to travel on away from the village called Bakersville. I'll return by dawn. Lily thought sighing knowing that sometimes dawn for her could be the following day for normal people.
"But Im not normal. If i was then people wouldnt run away from me out of my house." She sighed going through some tall grass-like ground then ducking to avoid running into a branch.
"I wonder what Joesph is doing." Lily said continuing to move forward at a steady pase.
((Using Diarmid so a little bit.))
~The inn~
"Im hungry still!" Diarmid exclaimed still in his and his mothers guest bedroom, it being 2 hours since he had eaten the sandwich.
Joesph heard the banging on the celing from Diarmid above, "I better go see whats wrong." Joesph said heading up the stairs and opening the door to their room having an extra key to all of the rooms.
"What's wrong little guy?" He questioned looking at the boys angry face.
"Im hungry!" Diarmid yelled back sitting on the bed.
"Oh well hold on." Joesph said going back down stairs to the kitchen and grabbing the pot of pasta Lily made for him and River then heating it up and placing it onto a plate for Diarmid. Lily wont mind.
Joesph walked upstairs with the plate and re-entered the boys room. "Here Diarmid. There you go, eat up." He smiled as Diarmid thanked him and then began to eat. "Come down to the kitchen if you need anything ok?" Joesph smiled exiting the room and heading back into the kitchen.

((I have no idea what the key is about, we didn't discuss that so I'm going to improvise. Sunday, Spring 13th, Year 1.))
The Mountain Summit
Ehlonna walked closer to the engraving on the wall and peered at it. She read the inscription, which was clearer than the inscription half-way up the mountain in the cave. She read it aloud.
"It says... 'The key may only be found by the one who's blood is of our own.'" she whispered. She was utterly confused. These people, whoever they had been, seemed to have disappeared long ago.
"Then we can't find the key. Sunset's going to die, isn't he?" Nami said, clearing her throat awkwardly and wiping her eyes. "I probably caught a cold or something..." she mumbled as an excuse. That's when Gustafa stepped forward.
"You know, Ehlonna can read the writing of these ancient people." he said slowly. "Could it be possible that she's a descendant of whoever these people were?" he asked. Ehlonna immediately started to shake her head angrily. How many times did she have to tell them that she was normal? Nami interjected.
"Oh cut the 'I'm not different' crap!" she snapped. "Gustafa's right, Sunset might have a chance after all... or are you too ignorant to even try to save him?" she challenged her. Ehlonna pulled herself up defensively.
"I'm not!" she retorted. She was almost positive that this wouldn't work, but she wouldn't just let Sunset die without trying. She didn't know what to do so she did the only thing that seemed to help her in these situations... she sang. "No one's in doubt that the children singing..." she began softly. The keyhole started to glow and a stone star seemed to grow out of the rock. Tentatively placing her hand on the growth, it detatched itself from the wall and fell into her hand. Trembling, Ehlonna pressed it into the keyhole just as the sunrise began to peak over the summit.
Walking outside, the four discovered that the key had somehow unlocked the Harvest Crystal from the earth. As the sun struck the very tip of the crystal, it lit up, blinding everyone. When they brought their arms down from their face to see what had happened, they were shocked to discover that the barren summit had transformed into a lush green oasis, with a clear babbling spring surrounded by the healthiest, most beautiful greenery and trees that Ehlonna had ever seen. Nami bit her lip hard and collapsed beside Sunset.
"I- I think it's too late, guys." she choked, but Ehlonna shook her head and helped her lift him up.
"Not quite yet. There's still life in him... I can feel it. Use the spring." she said softly. Nami gulped and nodded, placing him into the water.
The three of them waited with bated breath, hoping that this crazy whim would succeed.

((Actually, we did talk about it. It was Sunset's necklace remember? I'm just gonna fix things up a bit....))
Sunday, Spring 13, Year 1
The Cave's End
Ehlonna began reading the inscriptions on the walls. They needed some key. Gustafa and Nami had tried to convince her that possibly she was one of their type. She did what she could do--sing. Suddenly, something on Sunset's neck started glowing. A crystal shaped star on a black thread started floating up, off of him, and into Ehlonna's hand. Then, she placed the crystal in the key hole, turned it, and the door opened. Looking dishoveled, she handed it back to Nami, who put it back on Sunset.
"How did he have that? Do you guys think he might be 'one of them' too?" Nami asked, but Ehlonna and Gustafa were too busy looking up. They had to climb once more, but this time, they had a short distance. The top was in view.
"How will Sunset make it up?" Gustafa asked.
"Like this." said Nami with dignity, throwing him over her shoulder and beginning to climb. The sun was now beginning to rise. Sunset looked a little less plae now for some reason, even though he was dying..... Gustafa glanced at Ehlonna.
"I wonder where she gets all her muscle from."
They all began climbing, and soon, they reached the summit.
"Here we--whoa! Look at that crystal!" Nami beamed when she saw the large crystal on it's pedastal.
"Well now, what? Will Sunset just die? What can we--" Suddenly, a ray of light shot directly from the sun, straight to the crystal. On impact, the whole summit sprung into life; flowers, grass, beauty, and even a glorious spring glowing with a peculiar aura.
Ehlonna sensed something about the Spring. She tol Nami to put Susnet in it. Suddenly, SUnset began to get up himself and walked over into the Spring. Suddenly, he tipped over and fell right into the Spring. Everyone looked. Was he dead.
"He's sleeping! Underwater! What a bozo! He fell a sleep! Hey, wait a sec." Nami reached inot her bag and grabbed her foghorn. She pulled the trigger and Sunset errupted from the Spring.
"WAKE UP YOU FOOL!" She bellowed.
"Eep! Sheesh, a guy can't take a little rest? C'mon, I mean seriously, I almost died here!" Sunset joked. Yup, he was back.
"Rest?! Didn't you get ENOUGH rest when I carried you on my back, you dumb baboon?!!" Nami screeched back at him.
"Baboon? Do you ever see me opicking my butt? I don't think so!"
And right then, Nami jumped at Sunset, and began chasing him around the mountain. Let's hope no one falls off....
"Geez, you're pretty fast!" Sunset panted.
"Give it a rest, Nami." Gustafa moaned, holding Nami back. Nami grunted and stopped.
"What is this crystal thingy anyway?" She lifted it up. Suddenly, the crystal turned a bright red, and the light shone around them. She quickly put the crystal back, where it turned green once more.
"The portal.... has opened!" A voice came from nowhere.
"That's it, we're outta here!" said Sunset, who was already digging in his backpack for his four parachutes. He tossed one to everyone, and they calmly floated down to the ground.

((Huh? I thought Ehlonna was the only descendant of the elves... Sunday, Spring 13th, Year 1. We should move the date up soon.))
The Bottom of the Mountain
"I- I'm not different... I can't be... I don't WANT to be." Ehlonna said in a quivering voice to Gustafa as Sunset and Nami walked ahead. Gustafa put a hand on her shoulder and smiled.
"You know, maybe it's not such a bad thing Ehlonna. You saved Sunset's life and I have a feeling that Nami would have been very upset if he hadn't made it." Gustafa chuckled, looking ahead at the two of them walking side by side. Ehlonna smiled too and nodded.
"Maybe... but I want to be treated as if I'm normal. It's awful when everyone stays away from me." she confessed sadly. Gustafa gave her shoulder a friendly squeeze and chuckled again.
"Well, I for one don't want to stay away from you." Gustafa told her kindly.
((Using Niamh and Diarmid for a bit. Monday, Spring 14th, Year 1.))
Austin's Clinic
"Niamh, can I go exploring? I want to find other children to play with." Diarmid told his mother. Niamh ruffled her son's hair fondly.
"I want you to meet my boss first, then you can go. I don't think there's any other children in this village though." she told him truthfully. Just then, Austin came out of the back room and waved. Niamh stepped forward with Diarmid.
"This is my son, Diarmid." Niamh told him. Diarmid smiled and puffed out his chest.
"I'm five years old." he announced proudly. Austin handed Niamh an application form just to keep in his records and Niamh filled it out.
"Name, Niamh... age, nineteen..." she muttered as she wrote. Austin gave Niamh a strange look. She was nineteen and had a five year old son? iarmid suddenly tugged on his mother's jeans.
"Niamh, Joseph told me that it's the Spring Thanksgiving festival today. Boys are supposed to give girls they like cookies." he informed her. Once again, Austin raised an eyebrow at the fact that the boy called his mother by her name.
"Is that so?" she mumbled absent-mindedly, still filling out the form.

((Elf? Didn't you say that creatures weren't to be allowed in the real world though? And who said that the decendents were from the elves?))Spring 13 Year 1 SundaySunset and Nami began walking back home toegther, since they both lived in the same Inn.
"Hey, Sunset. Where did you get that crystal star thingy around your neck?" Nami asked, remembering how Ehlonna used it to open the door.
"Huh? How did you know about it?" Sunset asked, stunned. He was unconcious when they opened the door.
"Ehlonna used it to open the door. She.... summoned it or something. What is it?"
"Well.... I don't really know. I was found wearing it as a baby. I never met my parents. The only thing I had was this necklace. Well.. It's getting late. C'mon let's get back. I need some of Ruby's cooking!" Sunset quickly changed the subject, and rushed off to the Inn.
Both their minds were running with thoughts about what just happened. What was that voice? What was the crystal? Where'd it come from? How did the key open the door? What's this portal? How did the Spring heal Sunset?((Oh, Ashleigh, I've officially decided to reject the 5,000 dollars. ))

((They're not. The elves disappeared a long time ago. If you look at Ehlonna's profile, it mentions that she may have some distant elf blood in her way down the line but it's not enough to actually make her an elf. She's pretty much human, she just looks magical and her voice is strange and calming, but that's not really magic.))

(ok, i have been WAITING for the portal to open before i post, kay? lol.)
Sunday, spring 13th.
Kevin took a step forward as a blue orb appeared infront of him. Kevin took a quick step back, then took a step forward, only to be unfortuitous as it exploded outward, pushing Kevin back to the entrance of the mines. Kevin struggled up as he looked up at the now large swirling vortex of blues and purples, while deep inside it he could see bolts of lightning and rain and strong winds(meaning there was a large storm in Kardia on the 13th of spring). Kevin then felt a quick jolt as he found himself moving forward...without any force of moving from him, he was being sucked in. Kevin tried to get up and run away, but it was too late, he flew into the portal, while hearing this words around him as he traveled through space and time,
"The story is true, there is no myth, Kardia exists, you live a legend, thanks to the four brave enough to journey the sacred mountain, you have been...blessed."
Spring 14th, Monday. Kardia.
Kevin struggled up, he was in a new land, mountians surrounded him. He looked down, he saw a small village.
"Where am I?"

((Monday, Spring 14th)) Alyson woke up bright and early the next day, ready to see her completed restaurant. She got to the site, and was surprised to see how gorgeous the building was.
When she entered the building, it looked wonderful. The theme was an old, but still vibrant saloon, just the way she wanted it. The only difference was, it smelled of lilacs instead of alcohol and cigarettes. She admired the beautiful rustic colors, and then headed upstairs to see her "house".
As soon as she got upstairs, she immediately fell in love. The house was exactly as she pictured, with bright colors and chestnut furniture, much more modern. She admired her bedroom, the canopy bed, the nightstand with a small flowery lamp on it. She rushed downstairs and found Gotz.
"Oh, Gotz, it's perfect," Alyson said, wrapping her arms around the stubby man. She was so happy, she could feel tears burning in her eyes. After Gotz left, she went out side to paint the sign. But, before she got that far, she felt the strong pull again. Ignoring it, she painted the sign in bright blue, and it said: Alyson's Eatery. She liked how the words just beamed out at you. After fixing up the sign, Alyson decided to go cook the first meal in her new kitchen.

Monday Spring 14th, Year 1 Thanks for coming in and filling out that paperwork. Nice to have some help. Nice to meet you too, Diarmid. Austin said, taking the finished paperwork from Niamh. "You don't have to come in on Monday and Saturday, but we're never really off, ya know?" Austin asked joking. "Mm hm. Come Diarmid, it's time to go" Niamh stated. "Alright Niamh. Bye bye Mister!" Diarmid replied, waving good bye to Autin. That girl's a strange one... Austin muttered after they left. "Now back home, maybe that Julia girl will be back in town today. I'll make some cookies just in case..." Austin thought. After he made the cookies, he wrapped them in a napkin and went looking around town. Just as he was about to give up, Austin saw her walking down the street. "Julia, I have something for you." Austin yelled. "Oh?" she inquired, stopping to let Austin catch up. "I made you these... Austin shyly answered, handing Julia the napkin filled with cookies. "They look delicious...!" Julia answered, accepting the cookies. "Well, keep in touch..." Austin replied, accepting the praise.

((Monday, Spring 14th, Year 1.))
Ehlonna's Hut
Ehlonna was singing quietly to herself, absently staring into the woods, when she heard light footsteps. She cautiously stood up and peered into the dense thicket only to see a pointed green hat with a yellow flower sticking out of it bobbing inbetween the trees. Smiling, she glided over and waved.
"Good morning, Gustafa." she said. "It's early." she told him, leading him to her small firepit where there was a log big enough for two to sit on nearby. Gustafa nodded.
"I know, but today is the Spring Thanksgiving Festival. I always wake up early to see the sunrise today..." he said vaguely. Ehlonna looked at him curiously.
"What's that?" she asked. Gustafa smiled and repositioned his hat.
"Well, it's a day where people give each other cookies to say that they appreciate them. Actually, the Spring Thanksgiving is for boys to give gifts to girls and the Winter Thanksgiving is the other way around." he told her.
"It sounds like a lovely holiday." Ehlonna said pleasantly, brushing a strand of golden hair out of her face.
"Yes, it's nice to see the smiles on the girls' faces when they get cookies." Gustafa agreed. "Which reminds me... I brought you cookies." he said, bringing out a plate wrapped up with a ribbon. Ehlonna smiled radiantly and accepted the gift.
"Thank you!" she told him happily. "I wasn't expecting this." she smiled. Gustafa just shrugged and stood up.
"Well, I thought you would like them. I usually wander around Forget-Me-Not Valley during the day, but you might catch me in my yurt if you visit really early in the morning or late at night." he said, walking away.
"Goodbye." Ehlonna called afte him.
((Their hearts went from black to purple, but they won't have their purple heart event for a while yet.))
The Inn
Niamh was getting her store of herbs and natural remedies in order to show Austin the next day. He seemed interested in natural healing and she was confident that he would learn quickly.
"Niamh, happy Spring Thanksgiving!" Diarmid said proudly, jumping in front of his mother with a plate full of cookies, which toppled to the floor as the little boy tripped. He began to sniffle a little, but Niamh just laughed and ruffled his hair.
"Thanks kiddo." she told him. "You're becoming a local already. That's good, because it looks like we're staying here for good." she said truthfully. Diarmid nodded and flopped down on the bed. "Wouldn't you want to give these to a girl you like instead of your mom?" she asked him, cleaning up the mess. Diarmid shook his head.
"Nope. There's no other kids here and I thought you might be sad if no one gave you cookies and I don't want you to be sad." he told her, his legs swinging in the air over the side of the bed. Niamh just chuckled and threw away the mess.
"Where did you get these anyway?" she asked him suspiciously, raising an eyebrow.
"Joseph gave them to me. He says a girl named Lily always bakes sweets for him but sometimes he has extra, so he said I could give the cookies to you." he replied brightly.
"Of course... you know I'm going to have to start tipping him if he keeps feeding us for free." she sighed, shaking her head in amusement.

((Oh crap, it's been awhile since I posted, guess I will now though. Spring 14th!))
The Riverside
Two days had passed since poor River had tripped into the small ditch, hit his head on the rock, and had been knocked unconsicious. He still lay there asleep on the side of the stream, but River's body slowly began slipping back into the muddy waters.
It began raining and because of all this rain it flooded the stream, rising the waters and slowly grasping River's body pulling him in. But in another sort of demiscion, maybe a dream was River's mind and soul, gazing down on all that was happening.
River's soul seemed to be trapped in a small glass box, hanging high above where his real body lay, "Help him! SOMEONE HELP! He's going to die if someone doesn't come! HELP!" River screamed trying to shake his way out of the glass box.
He tried bunching it's sides, hoping they would break apart, "I need to get the hell out of here, if I'm going to save my body! But how? And why, why me? Why now?" River thought begining to calm down on hitting the box, shaking it. "I need to wake up! Now! Wake up, River wake up!" He thought yelling more.
Was he really going to get out? Would he wake up in time? Or would River's mind and soul have to watch his real body slowly drown below? Or would someone come to his rescue and save him...

((Please no Spam people. I am aware of Lily saving River. Spring 14th.))
~The forest~
Lily had spent 2 days out of Bakersville exploring something new, she was tired and thirsty being out of water.
"I need to find a river." Lily sighed exhausted from her journey but she continued on forward in hope of a river near by. "Stupid bugs!" Lily shouted smacking some of them away, "Wait! If there are bugs then that must mean, water!" She was so happy. "Thank you." Lily said throwing some water onto her face.
Lily drank some of the water then searched around for something she could use to make a fishing rod. "Here we are." Lily said grabbing a long stick from the shoreline of the river.
As she held the stick in her hand she saw something, it was a body-like shape and it moved like it was sinking.
What's that? Lily pondered moving closer to the river, then taking off her shirt and shoes to hop in the river and look. Lily then was only wearing a tank top and some shorts.
Lily leaped into the water straining from the strong current. "Hmmm...." Lily said reaching into the water and pulling up the shadow from the river and sun's cast, not knowing what it was.
To her surprise the figure was the body of a human. A man to be exact with blond hair and blue eyes. You could tell that he was younger.
Lily pulled the guy up out of the water to get a closer look at the soaking wet body.
It didn't take to long for Lily to realize that the body was indeed still breathing but barley. Examining the body furthered Lily recognized the guy, "River!" She shouted out sitting on the grass beside him. "River! River! Can you here me?"
Lily continued to shout noticing something in River's hand, it was the drawing she gave him a few days ago. If he still has this then maybe he ran out of my house not because he hates me but because of a different reason. Lily thought.
((Go ahead and continue Travis.))
